Available Services

Services offered include traditional Occupational Therapy, including orthopedic hand-to-shoulder rehab and breast cancer recovery as well as Wellness Care. What’s the difference?

OT services require a medical diagnosis and a prescription. We develop a customized plan of care to be signed by your referring provider. This allows for a medical insurance claim. When we have satisifed the plan of care, “skilled therapy” is complete.

Wellness Care is offered on a fee-for-service basis. Interventions help maintain your progress after therapy is complete. Wellness care is also appropriate for individuals seeking symptom relief following elective cosmetic procedures where swelling, tightness and/or discomfort is present.

OT Evaluation

$225

55 minute Initial Evaluation is followed by the development of plan of care. As standard practice, a report is sent to your doctor for a co-signature.

You will leave the session with an initial home program and understanding of how we plan to tackle your issues.

Above fee is based on self-pay services.

A good faith estimate is available for cash pay or for clients with out-of-network insurance.

OT Follow up Sessions

$160

55 minute Follow up sessions based on your plan of care and tailored to your needs.

From manual interventions to functional activities to customized exercises, the plan is designed to help you improve hand-to-shoulder function in everyday life.

Above fee is based on self-pay services.

Lymphatic Wellness

$125

50 minute Manual Lymph Drainage: a hands-on, gentle and rhythmic technique to stimulate the lymphatic system, reduce fluid retention, and enhance overall well-being.

MLD is a natural and effective way to detoxify, refresh, and restore balance to your body.

Wellness services are cash pay with payment expected at the time of the session.
